Shanina works with all new clients one on one for the first 4 sessions after the Initial Consultation. Classes are by appointment only. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Initial Consultation (1 hour) – postural and functional assessment + 4 x Private Sessions (1 hour per session)

10 Week Course One Hour Sessions (Maximum of 8 clients per class)
